CELLFEST MARIN is a new exhibit and competition in the Marin County Fair. It combines technology with art, creativity with mobile delivery. We invite you to use your cell phones to create a fantasy or tell a story for the very small screen. This exhibit was open to aspiring photographers and videographers of all ages. We were looking for 30-second videos and still shots taken on a cellular phone or smartphone. Entries are now posted on this site.
